You can permanently delete your Vull account yourself, at any time, from inside the app:
1. Open Vull and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. This works the same way on iPhone and Android.
If you can no longer sign in, email support@vull.app from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (username, display name, biography and profile photo), your ratings, reviews and review likes, your lists, loved songs and bookmarks, your follows and followers, your notifications, your messages, your community memberships, any communities you own (including their messages and artwork), any connected music-service link, and your sign-in credentials.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Their billing records, and the purchase records held by our subscription provider RevenueCat, are kept under those companies' own policies, and Vull cannot delete them. Deleting your Vull account does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel, use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
